The dough is made from scratch and cold-proved for 24 hours before it goes into the stone oven — crisp, thin and airy. Everything from authentic Italian flavours to less traditional versions such as pizza with Norwegian roast pork or pizza with venison. Every pizza can be made gluten-free.
